This data cannot be accessed by the above mentioned agency and does therefore not take any responsibility for it. HÎNBÛN deals with your data responsibly and according tot he above mentioned privacy policy. We collect, process and use your data only if this is necessary to deal with requests and orders. Beyond that, we use your data with your explicit permission. They are not used commercially or given to third without your explicit permission. Please note, that data transmission via the internet ( e.g. when communicating via e-mail) can have security gaps. It is not possible to protect such data against access by third parties completely.

Collection of personal data

Personal data are individual information about personal and factual circumstances of your persona, like e.g. name, address or e-mail address. This data is only used by us, if you have given your permission for it and we can therefore be sure that you approve of the usage and processing of those data. Only personal data that is necessary for implementing our services and offers. When we ask you for additional data, this occures solely for purposes of, for example, faciliating communication with you or for improving our individual consulting.

All informations of persons affected are only collected for processing of particular contact requests in accordance with art. 6 item 1 lit.a) DSGVO. Those informations of persons affected can be saved in a customer-relationship-management-system (“CRM system“) or a comparable system and can be evaluated for our statistical evaluation of requests/consulting during the creation and publication of our anual report.

Making contact

When contacting us (via mail, phone, fax) data will be collected and procesessed accordingly to the individual enquiry. Data is only transmitted to third parties afer the express approval of the person concerned. Deletion of data only takes place as soon as there is no request anymore (Response by the person concerned) or no further processing is necessary. Necessity of continued storage of data is reviewed once a year.

Rights of the person concerned

If you disclose personal data to us, you do have special right regarding their processing which are laid down inter alia in the DSGVO art. 12 to 23 (https://dsgvo-gesetz.de/).
